How do I add a license?
Choose Add item, pick Tech license or another tile, then type the date it expires. You can take a photo with the phone or upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG.

When does email go out?
Once a day, CertWatch looks at the dates you saved. It sends one email at 60 days, 30 days, 7 days, and on the day it expires, if those are turned on. The owner gets it. A person gets it when the item uses their name and their reminder box is checked.
How do I mark something renewed?
Open the item and choose Renewed, or use the button in the reminder email. Enter the new expiry date. The old date stays in Earlier dates.
How do I add a person?
Open People. Type their name. Add an email and username only if they should sign in. The company can have 10 sign-ins.
How do I bring in a spreadsheet?
Download the template, fill one row per item, upload it, match the columns, and add the rows that look ready. Skipped rows are listed.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial is 14 days and does not ask for a card. After that, adding and changing items needs a $19 monthly or $190 yearly plan. The list stays available to view and download. Deleting the company is on Account. It asks for your password and the word DELETE, cancels the paid plan first, then removes the list.
