Billed once a year through Stripe. $190 is $19 times ten.
Trial
Creating an account starts a 14-day trial. The sign-up form does not ask for a card. During the trial you can add items, invite people, and receive reminders.
You can subscribe during the trial. If more than two days remain, the first Stripe charge waits until the trial end and Checkout collects a card for that charge. If fewer than two days remain, Stripe bills the first period at checkout.
When the trial ends and there is no active subscription, the register stays in the account. Viewing and CSV export remain available. Adding and editing items waits until a subscription is active.
What the price includes
- Unlimited items: technician licenses, insurance certificates, vehicle registrations, business licenses, permits, bonds, and OSHA or other safety certificates.
- Up to 10 users on the company, including the owner and pending invitations.
- Reminder email at the days the owner leaves switched on: 60, 30, 7, and the expiry date. Each of those is sent once per item.
- CSV import and export of the register.
- Document upload for PDF, JPG, and PNG files, stored outside public browsing and downloaded through the account.
Canceling
The owner can open the Stripe billing portal from the Billing page to update the card or cancel renewal. Deleting the company account requires the owner’s current password and the word DELETE. CertWatch cancels the Stripe subscription before it removes the company, users, items, and files.
